Meet Luciana Legato

We recently connected with Luciana Legato and have shared our conversation below.

Luciana, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What was the most important lesson/experience you had in a job that has helped you in your professional career?

I started working when I was very young. When I was 24 years old, I worked in a position with a lot of people in charge and a lot of responsibility. I worked
really hard. Fortunately, in all my jobs I have found people and teams that have worked with me to carry out the challenges I have faced.

I consider very important to work in places where there is space for development and learning and where there is a good working environment. This one of the reasons why I am currently working at Dharma Micromobility.

Over the years, I have realized that experiences can be capitalized on, both from the positive and negative aspects, and that I am currently applying the lessons I have learned years ago in my work. The experience of working for different companies, from multinational to small, has given me both professional
and personal flexibility.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I have a degree in Human Resources and I started working with Gonzalo Di Primio because he needed help to start developing the brand of his consulting firm on LinkedIn. From the beginning there was a synergy in the work team and I took on new tasks. I started to work as community manager of other social
platforms and to perform other types of administrative tasks.

Then Gonzalo decided to put into practice everything we had learned at the consulting firm and start his own scooter repair business, Dharma Micromobility. We formed a work team with Diego Rodríguez and Fabián López in which each one of us fulfills a function, sales, repair and customer service, and we complement each other.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

At Dharma Micromobility we are very professional, we provide solutions to our customers. We are committed to our work, both technicians and the rest of the team. In addition to providing first class service and using quality spare parts, we keep the customer informed throughout the repair process. This has led us
to word of mouth, where our customers recognize our work and recommend us.

Have you ever had to pivot?

During the pandemic period I started a project close to my profession that has a social sense and in which I still work, due to which I met Gonzalo. I emphasize that both Dharma Micromobility and Di Primio Consting are two great challenges for me since they go beyond those subjects for which I was trained and involve continuous learning. Finally, I think the two companies will have a lot of development. I am grateful to be a part of it.
